Happy Belated St. Patrick's Day

Happy Friday Everyone!

I can't believe I totally forgot to share these yesterday. It is a good thing I remembered to give them to my students (since they will not be at school for a week with Spring Break).

I love to give them pencils because it seems they never have enough...not sure what happens to them. Either the desk fairy has a BIG appetite or they take them home to never come back. I am sure glad that the Dollar Tree carries pencils for every holiday.

I used the cute four leaf clover file from Miss Kate Cuttables.

The metal pail is from Target...the dollar section.

I bought the 1X8 bags from ebay in the past. My stash is about gone, so it is time to look for some more. I found a good deal...100 bags for $4.50 from Rainbow Crafts.
Hope everyone has a great day! It is a teacher workday, so I will be working on finalizing grades, writing lesson plans for after Spring Break, and grading a BIG math test we took yesterday. It's going to be a fun day! The nice part...I get to leave early! : )

Top Secret Treats If You Are a Sleuth

Hello Friends,

Welcome back and thanks for stopping by!  Only a few days left till Spring Break...Yippee! Today I am sharing the new challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas. It's no mystery that I like to ask people to join challenges, so I hope you will join us this week!

Mystery/Detective to honor Sherlock Holmes

Here is my Design Team project...
I love dogs, so when I saw this KaDoodle Bug Designs file ~ With My Little Eyes I knew I had to add it to my collection.

This is just one of the three dogs from the set that I cut on my Cameo. I stamped his note pad instead of cutting the title.

The stamped sentiment is by Jaded Blossom ~ Top Secret Treats stamp set.

3D window treat box is by Lori Whitlock from the Silhouette on-line store.
Other Challenges:

Hope you will join us at Die Cuttin' Divas this week for our "Mystery/Detectivechallenge. The other design team members  sure were secret sleuths too. Be sure to check out the variety!

Happy Easter, Boy Bunny

Hello Everyone! Happy Friday!

Today is my day to post at Miss Kate CuttablesBefore I share my daily post, I want to remind you there is a free file that you can download every day. YES! Every day a new and different one. Be sure to get yours today!

Here is my Design Team project...
Since Easter is right around the corner, I knew Peter Cottontail would be visiting soon.

I used the boy bunny from the Boy & Girl Easter Bunny set by Miss Kate Cuttables to make this shaped card. I cut it out with my Cameo.

A little tag by My Craft Spot to leave a message.

A stamped sentiment on the inside.

After I took the first few pictures then I remembered I had some plastic Easter eggs in the closet that we used to fill with goodies for the kids.
Hope you are almost ready for Easter! Miss Kate Cuttables has lots of files to choose from if you need to make more projects before he hops away!

Let's Celebrate with a Green Birthday

Hello Crafty Friends,

Welcome back and thanks for stopping by on this wondrous Wednesday.  Today I am sharing the new challenges at both DoubleClick Skittles and Paper Play Sketches. It's so fun when you can combine challenges, and using a sketch is the perfect way!

This Week's Challenges are...

I just had to make another birthday card...I never have extras in my basket, but it always seems someone in the house needs one at the last minute.

I used the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge for the sentiment. I bet my Expression was feeling good being used! The flowers are stickers by K&Company, which were in my stash.

Banners are fun and easy. The triangular pieces were cut with a die by We R Memory Keepers. I used lettuce green skittles by DoubleClick, then added bows on the ends.
Now, I hope you will  join us this week for Paper Play Sketch and/or the "Green" challenge at DoubleClick Skittles. Be sure to visit all the design Team members since there is so much inspiration!

Happy St. Patrick's Day ~ Use Green at Miss Kate Cuttables

Hello Everyone,

Welcome back and thanks for stopping by on this terrific Tuesday.  Today I am sharing the new challenge at Miss Kate Cuttables. Hope you will join us this month for the challenge!

This Month's Challenge is...
Green

Here is my Design Team project...
I decided to celebrate St. Patrick's Day since I just made a green birthday card. What a fun set for anyone crazy about leprechauns.

I used the Miss Kate Cuttables leprechaun file and made it into a shaped card. Just use the mirror and weld feature on the Cameo...super easy! The inside is stamped Happy St. Patrick's Day.

I used the shamrock from the same file to as the focal point on this treat bag. I added green glitter glue for a touch of sparkle. The stamped sentiment is by Jaded Blossom ~ Luck of the Irish set.

This is a retired set, but perfect for this time of year!
Hope you will join us at Miss Kate Cuttables for "Green". The other design team members did a spectacular job with this one. Be sure to check out ALL the variety!

Thanks for stopping by!

March's Sketch at Die Cuttin' Diva...Plus DoubleClick Green

Hello Everyone,

I sure hope you have been enjoying this super Sunday. The weather here in Florida turned out to be a fabulous day...to bad the weekend is almost over. Another day off like today would be great. Since that is not going to happen I will just keep thinking about Spring Break right around the corner!

I haven't made any projects (DTs or challenges) in the last week (bummer) since I have been busy with school, presenting at a math training, and my neck occasionally causing some slight discomfort (which puts you out of the mood to craft). I was so glad to be able to create this special birthday card for a co-worker. Hoping to find a little more time tonight!

I used the Die Cuttin' Diva's Sketch from last Tuesday.

I used the Forget Me Not set by My Favorite Things.

These are Plenty purple skittles by DoubleClick. Last week's challenge was green. You still have time to join the challenge!

The stamped sentiment in the lower right corner is by Scrappy Moms Stamps ~ More Mini Messages.
Other Materials:
Bo Bunny pattern paper
kraft and white card stock
Martha Stewart ink ~ copper and stem green

Thanks for stopping by!
